Barry J. Linder, MD, MS
Barry J. Linder, MD, MS has over 30 years of experience as a healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and practitioner with board-certification in ophthalmology, and experience in medical devices and informatics. With formal training in Electrical Engineering at MIT and an advanced degree in Biological Engineering from University of Connecticut, Barry has applied his multidisciplinary skill set to solve a number of clinical challenges.
Dr. Linder's guidance has enabled Eyedetec Medical to develop advanced concepts and products to treat ocular conditions including blepharitis and dry eyes. Dr. Linder practiced for 9 years at The Permanente Medical Group, during which time he helped pioneer efforts in telemedicine. Barry later served as an executive in Kaiser Permanente's Care Management Institute and Kaiser Permanente International, where he led efforts to develop the first national website for Permanente physicians and was a Director of a joint venture in Southeast Asia headquartered in Singapore. Barry has held senior executive positions in clinical and strategic planning at Promedix, SpecialtyMD, and Ventro, as well as serving as CEO of orthopedics start-ups ConforMIS and Imaging Therapeutics, followed by the role as Chief Medical Officer at Clarity Medical Systems. |

Ronald D. Linder, BSME Ronald Linder earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tri-State College, Angola, IN in 1963. He has worked at McDonald Aircraft Corp. as a Quality Engineer, designed office furniture for HON Industries, served 3 years in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps, was a project engineer at General Foods Corp, and a manufacturing engineer at Motorola Semiconductor Corp, as well as sales and marketing management positions with companies involved in the semiconductor equipment industry. In recent years Mr. Linder has launched several manufacturing and sales/marketing ventures.
Mr. Linder is a proud member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and was recognized in 2008 by the society for his 30 years of service. In his spare time, Mr. Linder enjoys photography, road touring and boating. |

Anselm Leung Anselm Leung has been a professional investor for over 30 years. During this time, Mr. Leung has held executive positions with Merrill Lynch, Shearson Lehman, Salomon Brothers, and Montgomery Securities both domestically and abroad. Prior to becoming a professional investor, Mr. Leung held the position of financial specialist for IBM World Trade Corporation. He is now a General Partner of BioAsia Investments, LLC, which invests in Biotechnology and life science companies. Mr. Leung is also a founding member of EyeDetec Medical Inc. and Fastgen Corporation.
Anselm Leung currently serves on the board of directors of ConforMIS, Inc., Burlington, Massachusetts, and Pan Pacific Bank, Fremont, California. Anselm Leung also served as a member of the board of directors for Chestnut Medical Technology Inc., Menlo Park, California which was acquired by EV3 Inc. (Nasdaq:EVVV) in June 2009. |

James L. Dippo Mr. Dippo has nearly 30 years of experience working in research and development, both in the public and private sectors. Responsibilities at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and then TDA Research included thermal engineering, alternative fueled vehicles, catalysis, catalyst reactor design, data acquisition, laboratory design and construction, industrial and manufacturing line development, product prototyping, product manufacturing, intellectual property creation, patent prosecution, and project management. Mr. Dippo’s present senior Project Management position is in the hydrogen fuel cell technology area, with responsibilities that include interfacing with the funders, customers, and business partners, as well as negotiating agreements and contracts, educational outreach to the community, presenting at conferences, and managing project time-lines and projected work.

Alan Curtis Alan Curtis brings over 30 years of medical device experience in Regulatory, Clinical and Quality to the organization. Alan has been involved in many medical device start-ups including Aragon Surgical, Reliant Technologies, SURx, and Endosonics. Alan also gained PMA approval for an interventional cardiology device while with W.L. Gore and Associates. He created and implemented robust Quality Systems to meet domestic and international regulatory requirements. In addition, Alan has established successful clinical and regulatory strategies that lead to device commercialization in the U.S. as well as CE Mark for international distribution. Alan is also a member of the Regulatory Affairs Society (RAPs) and is certified as a Regulatory professional (RAC). |
