The Temperature Controlled Sachet (TCS) is a self-heating, tear-open foil pack that can be used for heating a wide variety of of cosmetic formulas. The containers are single-use so there is no need to replace the heating source
The Temperature Controlled Sachet contains a Temperature Control Module (TCM) that is capable of raising the temperature to approximately 42°C (107°F). The TCS is available in two standard sizes, 10ml and 15ml, but can be customized to the customers needs.
The Temperature Controlled Sachet is activated by folding over the bottom of the sachet and squeezing the package. The final temperature will be reached in approximately 60 seconds and maintain temperature for approximately 4-5 minutes.
